His Castle!

I asked my eldest son the other day what color he likes to be in his room and he said blue! And he likes it like he’s the king of the castle! And this is what came to mind. The painting is red though but I’m sure I can do something else. I saw this a while ago and love it! I’ll ask someone if they can actually make something like this:)

Nice no? I just hope it can fit in my son’s room! Not really sure..But really love it!!! Saw it at javabali.info/!

For the love of makeup!

Most of my online pals are going gaga over makeups! And that’s including me actually. ehehe I used to really love makeups until I got babies and my interest went to another things. But now, I really think that I want to study more about makeup and even learn from the experts. I just want to know how to paint my own face and go out to have nice makeup. After all, we all want to look nice looking! Not that we aren’t because less is more always! But sometimes makeup can make us really stunning, demure, more pretty and elegant. So I was thinking maybe this cosmetology schools in indiana would be nice! A little too far from where I am but who knows! I’ve read that this school is fastest growing beauty school in the country. And they bring their unique way approach to cosmetology education to new markets and making the best out there!

3 Times Thursday

How Are Ya?

1. How are you doing today? Is it a Good Day, A Bad Day, or an Indifferent Day? Why?
+ I’m fine but I have this migraine again!!! I need to lay in bed I know..

2. What are you up to/what have you done so far today?
+ Blog! I need to finish all my online work and be offline tomorrow til Sunday! A little sacrifice for the Lenten week!

3. What are your plans for the evening? Anything fun?
+ Hmm..watch movie. Then sleep early.:)

Enjoy the day!

..and fun! I can actually put my son’s computer somewhere around this room. Hmm…We’ll see how all this ideas come to life:)

Here’s another book shelves ideas I want in his room too. Aside from the many stuff he got. I think it’s great to have shelves like this. Not in white though..

Nice no? I love it! Saw it over in vi.sualize.us/!

Stocks Options

With the economic turn down, one must be wise with dealing money these days. Although one must also try and survive! So when the husband talks about stocks and trading, he would ask me when I’m going to try and learn the ups and downs. As if I have enough knowledge with this things. But he’s always been an optimistic person. He’s been doing this things over a decade ago! Not that he’s an expert but he knows things around and I’m glad everything seems to be smooth sailing. Of course, with the crisis going on we had to let go on others. But I just have to learn more, I guess! Good thing there are online sites where I can do the homework like this stock options. Tools that enables you to work easy and fast in online trading and options!

I love this very simple room style for my eldest. Very easy to do specially the room color. The husband said we should just put a carpet in it but I’m convinced we don’t need a carpet for the boy! I got it in ohdeedoh.com! They have tons of ideas in there. I can see myself looking up ideas from this site soon:) I can’t wait for the redecoration! I’m excited! Hopefully, I can pull it off..

Chalk Board!

I want this for my boys room!

We are going to be re-decorating a few things in the house when we arrived later this month. So I was thinking that maybe I can put something like this in the room of my eldest:) He loves to draw…I’ll ask the husband if it’s possible:)

Saw it here.

Jewelry Lovin’!

Aside from the makeup loving thing that I am interested now. I still hoard more with blings! I have been buying sterling silver rings for the past months now. And the fact that they aren’t that cheap. The husband told me that I should wear the other rings not just the ones I like:) Because I have this thing that if I like that stuff, I wear them almost anytime! Good thing I found this designer costume jewelry over at Holsted that has really competitive and affordable prices! With tons of styles and designs, I’m sure my eyes will get busy for this:) And did you see that they have ongoing sale right now? Awesome!

I have a 16 months old toddler boy and I always read at this Babycenter emails til now and it’s really helpful. Thought you might want to read this just in case you haven’t yet!

How can I tell if my toddler has nasal allergies or just a cold?

Because the symptoms of nasal allergies are much like cold symptoms — runny nose, watery eyes, cough, nasal congestion, sneezing — it can be tough to tell the difference. There are some telltale signs of allergies, though. Ask yourself the following questions:

• Does it seem like your toddler always has a cold? Colds usually wind down in a week to ten days; allergies don’t.
• Is your toddler’s nose always stuffy or running?
• Is she constantly wiggling, wiping, or pushing her nose up in what doctors call the allergic salute?
• Is the mucus that drains from her nose clear and thin (as opposed to yellow or greenish and thick)?
• Does she seem to sneeze a lot?
• Are her eyes itchy, red, and watery?
• Does the skin under her eyes look dark or purple or blue — what doctors call allergic shiners?
• Does she breathe through her mouth?
• Does she have a dry cough?
• Is her skin irritated or broken out in an itchy red rash?

If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, there’s a good chance your toddler is allergic to something in her environment. Kids with nasal allergies are also more prone to ear infections, asthma, and sinus infections.

Online School

Thinking of going back to school or pursuing your masters? Might be too ambitious these days you think but who knows, right? And this school mba is a great idea! I know someone would really like to know about this. With the economic turn down and a lot of company laying off jobs, it’s a great idea to find something steady and secure! And I thought a friend of mine would love to see this. I read that this school offers different kinds of degrees from PhD down to certificates. You can also submit your admission application online and then you can ask for University guide for more information! So, check it out if you think that e-learning is for you as well!

SS in Thursday

1. List the social networking sites you have either tried or still use.
+ I have Twitter-I used to be so chatty there but not anymore. Plurk-I erased my account since I don’t go there always. Facebook, I have. I think I’m almost 2 years member there but I don’t frequent that site either. Facebook is a task! LOL But everyone says once you get the hang of it, you’ll definitely love it there. Which I don’t want to because I might not be able to finish other things. Friendster-I have. 5 or 6 years member. I’m there for old friends.

2. Of the social networking sites you’ve actually tried, which one is your favorite?
+ They’re all nice..But not really a favorite!

3. What’s the biggest drawback to such sites, in your opinion?
+ You cannot finish things right in time! lol

4. Other than it being the “hip thing to do,” what’s the main reason you’d at least consider joining such a site?
+ New friends, old faces and just hang out!

5. Take the quiz: Are You Facebook, MySpace or Twitter?
+ You Are Twitter
You are energetic to the point of being hyperactive. You are the ultimate multitasker.
You don’t have much of an attention span for anything. You like things short and sweet.

You can’t help but let everyone know what you’re doing, even if it’s just what you’re having for dinner.
You are big on sharing what’s going on in your life. If anything, you share too much!

6. Do you have more people you’d call friends in real life, or on your profile called friends by the system at your most-used social networking site?
+ I have many people I can call friends in real life! :D

Saturday Six, here.

Tastey

In the past week have you had any restaurant food (whether deliver or you went out)?
+ Yes, just like night! At this Italian resto again! They have the best pasta ever:)

What is your favorite restaurant?
+ Thai resto, Japanese resto and oh..a lot! Just too many to write each of their names:)

What is your favorite food?
+ Thai, Italian, Filipino and Japanese!

How often do you go out to eat/order delivery?
+ If you know me, you’ll know this answer:) lol

Are you a good tipper (to servers or drivers)?
+ Yes, of course! :D

Going back to school!

I’ve been reading stuff about our economy and stumbled upon this online school. Just thought if someone is interested of pursuing something they started-ahem..that’s me! :) This school mba is a great idea! But a friend of mine would love to see this. She’s been talking about going back to school too. And she told me that online school would be perfect for her. So, this one looks great for her! I read that this school offers different kinds of degrees from PhD down to certificates. You can also submit your admission application online and then you can ask for University guide for more information! So, check it out if you think that e-learning is for you as well!
