I was supposed to write tons of rant about a post I read at someone else’s site. Some people! But I chose to never mind. I still believe in the golden rule:) So instead I just want to have happy thoughts! A lot of things to be happy about. Like my little boy turning 1 yr old next week. Thanksgiving lunch for my little boy at school this Friday. Not sure if we are going though. Then money pouring in..so much to be happy about and thankful for that I don’t want the bad to rub in my happy and smiling face..haha
In the past week have you done anything healthy for your body? If so, what?
+ I run in my treadmill again. It has been tough but I have to exercise!
Why have you added this to your routine, in general? What specifically made you decide to take action?
+ Because I need to get off my post preggy fats. Which btw I gave birth for almost a year now! I want it for myself. To be healthy and fit.
Life is short!
If not, what could you add to your lifestyle to improve your health and what would it take to make you do so? Would you consider doing that this week?
+ I do. I promised myself to do it everyday even if it’s only an hour. I used to jog near in our place but it’s getting really colder with winter around here. If I can’t do it everyday, at least 3 times a week would be really nice. I hope.
One more thing, I’m looking for some used cisco. Might as well check the one I found. So far it has great deals!
Here’s some white blooms;-) Taken last summer though..

Happy Today’s Flower everyone! And have a happy week ahead! Join, here.
Well, I just thought this hundreds even thousand of DVD’s and CD’s the husband have here in the house might be useful to someone and we can actually sell them and trade for something new stuff! He also got collections that we sent back home last summer and still there are tons here. So, when I was surfing I have an idea that this used cds can be worth something more! I saw this site that accepts trading of old CD’s, DVD’s, books and more! And I’d be more than happy to trade a few old cd’s for them. What you do is contact them, and then they will ask you what you got and after that they will tell you what they want and voila! You can exchange it for something like a new ipod, a new digital camera or even a new PSP for your little boy there! Besides, Christmas is around the corner and with the economic crisis you can do something to save! With trading you can definitely help! Awesome, huh? I’m telling the husband about this!
1. How often do you visit a coffee shop? If you do, do you drink coffee there, or just pick it up to go?
+ 3 to 4 times. I don’t work outside home so, I’m mostly in the house during weekdays. And if we’re going out with my boys it will only be at the park. But since we live next door at shopping malls. I sometimes indulge. Starbucks is near as well.
2. What is the latest time of day you can drink regular coffee (or tea) without messing up your sleep?
+ Early morning. I don’t drink coffee’s at night. Or before ngitht ime when sleeping time is almost up.
3. What is the highest number of cups of coffee (or tea) you’ve had in a single day?
+ Oh..I’m not that coffee addict. I’m even a convert. Let says 2 is the highest:)
4. Take the quiz: What flavor of latte are you?
+ You Are a Hazelnut Latte
You often having the craving for something exotic. You get bored easily.
You are a true adventurer. Nothing makes you happier than traveling.
You’re a very cosmopolitan and worldly person. You have sophisticated tastes.
You have a keen attention to detail. Little things matter to you – you are a bit of a perfectionist.
5. Consider the highest price you’ve ever paid for a cup of coffee and the highest price you’ve paid for a gallon of gas: which of the two items was more expensive?
+ Highest Price for Coffee here is around $7 to $8 I think. Highest price for 1 gallon of gas here in Japan that I paid was I think $6 or $7..:D
6. What is your favorite holiday-flavored coffee?
+ I’m in love with Caramel Frappuchino!

Every time I hear about medical equipment stuff, I remember my In-laws. Their house is full of those helpful equipments. Since my Dad in-law had a stroke 2 years ago they make sure that he exercise with a therapist everyday until now. Their personal nurse even told me that she can have a small clinic out of the stuff they got:) They needed those items though! Because she said it is better that they have those because you never know what the future holds..It’s better to be safe! I read somewhere that this company Medical company is one of the largest and most technologically advanced independently owned online retailers of life enhancing products with home fitness equipments in the country. Sounds pretty cool! Check it out:)

Today’s Saturday Social Question:
What is the weather like where you live right now?
My Answer:
The weather man said a few weeks ago that we will have 17 days earlier for winter. It really is. Weather is constantly changing though but it’s really getting cold. Yesterday we had 45 degrees F and then today is 50 degrees with a little sun peeking through:) Still cold but I might go out later for a stroll in the park! I don’t mind the cold weather as long as it’s not raining because it can get more colder that way!
Saturday Social Rules:
I have 2 boys. I think most of my regular readers at this blog knows about that. The eldest is a 6 yrs old who loves books as well. The best time he goes checking his books is before going to sleep. A night bonding we call that. Since his younger brother is only 11 months. He mostly share his fantasy to me and his Daddy the most. We have to read 3 or 4 stories before sleeping and then 1 when he wakes up in the morning. The most tiring one is the one when he’s waking up because he usually wake up late and we have to hurry because he need to go to school too. But we get by well though. He sometimes tells me about being in Neverland. He loves Peter Pan and he told me he believes in magic!
So when I saw this Children & Education books online. I know I have to check it! There are a few books that I need to get. Aside from my eldest fave books to get this holiday as presents. The husband is a bookworm as well. He can actually finish 1 book a day if he really likes it. The husband got it from his Dad who’s also a bookworm. You should have seen their house:) It’s like a library!
Anyway, I might get this Twilight book. I’m still not joining the bandwagon yet. I love to read but with all the things to do, I always end up seeing the movie first. Like the other book purchases I had in the past:)
