The world has been following the Olympics these last few weeks so I thought this an appropriate topic.
Have you tuned into the Olympics these past weeks? Yeah! And I knew China has the most Golds won! I have new fave athletes now too:D Did you saw the closing? It was amazing! But I was kinda happy to see some Disney World tickets online!
Is there a specific athlete, country or sport which has more of your attention? Well, we mostly watched the ones where Japan played. They’re very competitive.
Did any match/round specifically excite you or have you on the edge of your seat? Women’s Synchronized Swimming was fab! China has the most amazing players! but I’ve heard in the news that they we’re asked with their players ages?
Did you take time out of your schedule to watch the Olympics or just catch it when you could? Only in the TV. Hubby always leave the TV on for the games..
Happy Weekend!

Today’s Saturday Social Question:
Happy Labor Day Weekend! Do you have any big plans for this unofficial end of summer?
My Answer:
From where I live, it’s not holiday here this Monday! Labor Day holiday is a different day. So, it’s still a normal weekends! But we are supposed to go to Disney today! The rain just won’t stop though! It has been raining really hard for a week now. I hope the sun will shine one more time before the cooler days begin!

My little boy that is! Time flies and a few months from now he will be 1 yr old! Me and the Daddy are kind of excited! We’re not planning on big birthday party because we’re not that kind of people! And besides, families and relatives are not here to celebrate with us! We’re are thinking of going to travel! We’re not sure yet. I’m sure it’s changeable plans!
Anyway, he will be 9 months next week. As usual, we are going to buy a cake plus ice cream then I’m ordering Pinoy foods in the Pinoy Restaurant! Time flies, really! This is what the Babycenter said for this weeks:D
Hello from BabyCenter!
A baby who can stand with the support of a chair or by holding on to your fingers is not far from being able to stand alone. Most babies take their first independent steps around their first birthday, but this is one milestone with a huge range. Some babies walk as early as 7 or 8 months, while others, who are also perfectly normal, don’t start strutting their stuff until 18 months.
He’s showing signs of walking and he’s very excited! You have no idea that I have to watch him all day because he’s crawl all over! He’s in a look out for anything he can put in his mouth too:D hehe Will post pics this weekend maybe!
I’m off to check this religious jewelry for Mom! Some early Christmas look out:) You know!

I was hopping from book shops online last night and found some very interesting books already! The big brother loves reading and since he just know how to read longer sentences now, he asked me if I can get him other cool books! Yup, he said cool!
He barely touch his PSP these days because of the reading. I also love it because he’s more interested with books rather than the playing! But of course, he ask me that after reading and playing school stuff. He also have to have his PSP, Wii, PS2 time! Gawd! As much as I don’t want him play those things, I also have to remember that his only 6 years old and he needs to be a little boy! You know how much this age loves to play. I also don’t want him to be boring when the time comes!
And the little peanut who’s 8 months loves to just look the colors of the books but he listen when it’s reading time:D
So, anyway, I love this Night Monkey, Day Monkey book! I think the little boy will like this for before bed time stories! It’s 35% sale so, it’s really a good deal! They are the ultimate UK – Books based so, they have almost everything you might be looking for! I really love what I am seeing so far! For a mom like me who loves anything book for my kids, this is where to go! I also like it because they are DVDs and CDs online resource and which means that I can order the books together with kids CD’s too! At least, I can save on the shipping! And a little birdie told me, to take note that they have on going sale right now and you don’t want to miss that!

In the past week, have you spent more or less than usual?
+ The past week was something slow. Not much shopping but I did get the Coach diaper bag for the little boy:D hehe
What was your biggest purchase? What made you decide to buy it?
+ The Coach bag. It’s not only for me though but for the things of my lil boy if we go out!
Do you typically mull over purchases or are you an impulse buyer?
+ I sometimes think first. Specially if it’s over $1K purchases. Besides, I work hard to earn money. But I buy stuff just because I can! And the husband let me too. Impulse? Yes!
Did you enjoy the shopping you do or do you prefer to get in and out quickly?
+ I enjoy shopping if I have money to burn. And if that money is not for something important. Quick purchases when there is nothing to money left!
Nice questions! Now, I”m off to check this acne treatment for a friend:)

Today’s Saturday Social Question:
So, I have no idea what number question this is. My blog and other parts of the site have been non-accessible for over a week (the reason there was no question last week). I have lost many of the posts to my blog due to a database glitch. I have a backup, but it always carries over this problem… Anyhooooo…. on to the question. I am gonna make this easy as my brain is a little frazzled from this past week.
What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?
My Answer:
I’m glad you are back now! I wonder where you were the past week! I always answer your questions when I get a chance:) So anyway, to the question. My fave ice cream is from Baskin and Robbins!~ I just love their ice cream! I love anything from Haagen Dazs too but nothing can top the one from Baskin’s! With 32 or 33 kinds of flavors you can find that will suit your taste!
I remember our time in Vancouver Washington during our family vacation a few years ago!
This week I am tagging Eds

Salivas are everywhere! haha Just last night, I found out that the 4 teeth that was about to burst is there peeking:) A teeny tiny bit in all for of theme! We were all laughing here because the big brother was making fun of his teeth! He’s cranky and icky but still manage to make us smile of his lil quirks!
